(Clearwater, Florida) Now, for the first
time anywhere, Lee Entertainment Enterprises has developed an innovative addition to
the concert booking concept. Combining the wildly successful trend of nostalgia
with the public's demand for authenticity, L.E.E. has compiled the original lead singers from many of
the past decades' most popular groups to form on incredible headliner.
Billed as "DREAM TEAM OF ROCK
& ROLLTM" , Earl "Speedo" Carroll of the Cadillacs,
Larry Chance of the Earls, Joey Dee of the Starliters, Johnny of Santo &
Johnny, Carl Gardner of the Coasters, Shirley Alston Reeves of the Shirelles,
Jay Siegal of the Tokens, and others* combine forces on stage to perform some
of their number-one hits which made them the music icons of their generation.
Their songs, including Dee's "Peppermint Twist", Siegal's "The
Lion Sleeps Tonight", Gardner's "Charlie Brown", and
Alston Reeves' "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow", range from
high energy dance numbers to favorite love ballads. The diverse talent of these
artists, along with the consistency of one backup band of musicians, gives
venues the opportunity to present a show that is the combination of top
professional polish and, at the same time, a proven fun and festive crowd
pleaser. As each singer performs their signature hits their fellow stars remain
on-stage providing backing vocals and enthusiasm for their Dream Team of
Rock & RollTM
peers.
Rather than
spending hundreds of thousands to book top, million-selling artists
individually, Lee Entertainment Enterprises makes it possible to book them as one act,
at a cost that is affordable to the buyer. These performers have sold no less
than 20 million recordings collectively, and are all on stage at the same time.
Also in the package is a production team, including stage and tour managers, at
no extra cost. The show can range from one to two hours, and use many
combinations of the artists, dependent upon the needs of the buyer and artist
availability for the time of the booking request. [*Along with the artists on
their own roster, L.E.E. has access to most acts from the rock and roll era
of the 50's and 60's, offering one of the largest variety of entertainers of
any entertainment company.]
